TriTech Enterprise Systems is Hiring a ServiceNow Developer Near Herndon, VA

Note 2: This is a three (3) month contract with possible extension.
Note 3: This position is onsite at 2300 Dulles Station Blvd Herndon, VA 20171
TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking a Talent Experience Platform (TXP) Developer (with experience in ServiceNow) to support a federal client. The candidates will be responsible for coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application. Working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. Developing workflow customizations and supporting the Service transformation teams. Creation and evaluation of User Stories and development against them in Service Now.
Required skills/Level of Experience:
- Minimum 6 years and 4 years in ServiceNow
- Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD products
- Deep understanding and solutioning capabilities in ServiceNow Global and HRSD scopes and foundational tables/data such as Location, Organization, HR Profile
- In-depth experience and solutioning capabilities using Scoped Application
- Working knowledge to develop on Service Catalog
- Experience in develop integration using JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST with various type of systems directly or through mid-server
Nice to have skills:
- Perform research into technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration
- Understand the ServiceNow eco-system & be able to demonstrate ServiceNow hands-on expertise
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
